KINGS DAY REGATTA

RACE NOTICE

This is to inform you of the upcoming 18th Annual Fall Regatta at Epping Forest Yacht Club Now “The Kings Day Regatta” sailed Saturday, November 12th, 2005.  This regatta is open to all PHRF Card holders, and ONE DESIGN CLASSES with three or more boats. A class of PHRF rated CRUISING boats will also be offered.

REGISTRATION

All entrants are encouraged to pre-register using the accompanying entry form or the form at www.sailjax.com.  Please return the completed form along with a $25.00 entry fee payable to Epping Forest Yacht Club to the address below, attention Harbormaster.

Registration will close at 1900 hrs. on Friday, November 11th, 2005.

Entry fee includes:

*   Drinks and sweets pre race at 11:00                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

*  Complimentary beer, hors d’oeuvres and awards presentation to commence in the               

    Gardens after the races on November 12th.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Saturday, November 12, 2005

     1000 hrs. - Coffee & donuts - Marina Landing

     1100 hrs. - Skipper’s meeting - Harbormaster’s office   

     1200 hrs. - Start Race 1 for one design keel boats only (J-24s expected)

                      Race 2 and 3 immediately following.        

     1210 hrs. - Start Race 1 (and only race) for PHRF and PHRF CRUISER.
